Plan365Trip is a group travel coordination tool built for working professionals. We help you see when everyone in your group is free, find opportunities to extend trips with minimal leaves (bridge days), and actually turn 'we should plan a trip' into a real trip.

Is it really free?

Yes, completely free during our beta. We're still building and improving, so we're not charging while we figure things out. Core features will always have a free tier even after we introduce premium options.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, you'll need an account to use Plan365Trip. But don't worry - signup takes about 2 minutes and just requires your email. Your friends will also need to sign up to join your groups and add their availability.

How long does setup take?

About 2 minutes to create an account and set up your first group. Another minute to invite friends. They can add their holidays in about a minute too. Most groups go from 'hey let's plan a trip' to 'here are the dates that work' within a week.

What is the bridge leave calculator?

Our signature feature. It analyzes everyone's availability and finds opportunities to extend trips with minimal leaves. For example: 'If Alex takes Monday off, the whole group can do a 5-day Goa trip instead of just the weekend.' It does the calendar math that would take you hours to figure out manually.

How does the availability heatmap work?

Everyone in your group marks their free days on a calendar. We combine all that into a visual heatmap where you can instantly see: green = everyone's free, yellow = most people are free, red = most people are busy. No more 'when are you free?' ping-pong.

Do you sync with my calendar?

No, and that's by design. You manually tap your free days on our calendar. It's more privacy-friendly this way - you only share what you want to share, not your entire schedule.

Do you sell my data?

No. Never. We don't sell your data to advertisers, we don't track you across the internet, and we don't share your information with third parties (except what's needed to run the service, like our hosting provider). Your trip plans are between you and your friends.

Who can see my availability?

Only members of your groups can see your availability. And you control which groups you're in. We never show your schedule to anyone outside your groups, and we definitely don't sell your data.

Will you always be free?

Core features will always have a free tier. If we introduce premium features, they'll be genuinely premium - extras that add value beyond basic coordination. We won't put essential features behind a paywall.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes! The web app is fully responsive and works great on phones and tablets. We don't have native iOS/Android apps yet, but the mobile web experience is designed to feel native.
